1. How large are the groups?
Usually, from 4 to 12 people. The size of the private groups depends on request. At least 2 people should be in group. If you have your own team that will be fine but you want to join with other team then single supplement will be charged

2. How fit do I have to be?
You got a good physical fitness have personally fit for your trekking. We have a wide variety of trips that require active participation on a higher or lower degree. You will be asked for your previous experience before registering a trip that requires specific level of experience.

3. What about age group?
Even age at 70 will also take pleasure on trek. But you have to take precaution while going to trek. You have to better get knowledge about HAC (high altitude sickness). The average is 45 - with a range of 25 - 60. Once you're on the trip, you'll hardly notice what age everyone is - you'll find like-minded people who are basically young at heart.

4. Do I have to carry my own backpack?
You just have to carry your daypack which is no more than 3/4 kilos, which enclosed Camera, face towel, camera film and water bottle etc. Porters/ Yak will carry your duffle bag.

5. What should I pack?
Trekking on EBC region or any region which you can go through by plane, you will get 20 kilos free with no cost for your baggage but if you have more than 20 kilos weight of baggage then you have to pay US$1.00 per kilo for excess baggage. Keep it light! Because you can buy great things. While you're on flight such as trekking for EBC 20 kilos backpack is a good average.

6. Is the water OK to drink? Do I need to bring purifying tablets/filter?
Bottled water is available, yet it is not safe to drink tap water. On camping trips we need to purify water with chemicals or boil it. If you carry your own tablets/filter, that will be fine.

7. What's the food like? I'm a vegetarian, is that a problem?
The food is one of the greatest experiences when you travel. Trip guide enjoy sharing their local recommendations. When camping, our crew prepares the meals. Accommodating special diets is not a problem, normally. On some hotel trips when meals are taken in restaurants and cafes, food choice may be more limited for vegetarians.

8. Can I have a single room/tent? Do I have to share?
By your special requirement will provide you single room or single tent, for additional cost, which you have to inform us in the mean time of advance booking.

9. If I arrive a day early, can you help with hotel accommodation?
Yes, we can arrange additional accommodation if you plan to arrive early, yet this will require an additional cost.

10.What clothes should I have to bring along with us?
While you are on the high area trekking warm clothes: just like down jacket, windproof jacket, woolen cap, sun goggles, woolen socks are needed and ski sticks are optional while you are on trek it will much comfort.

11. When should I book my trip?
Because our trips book up months in advance, we recommend booking early to avoid any disappointment. We will of course make every effort to accommodate last minute bookings.

12. What is the procedure of trip payment?
25% of full payment will be wired to our bank account which has given down below. And rest of payment should be done when you reach in Katmandu hotel.
